If you return the item you purchased in its original condition, with all original packaging material including instruction manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and the original sales receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase, we will issue a refund.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, depending on product condition. Shipping costs are not refundable.

All Orders are subject to a 25% Cancellation Fee once they are ordered and/or processed.

All sales on televisions and video products unless they are defective are FINAL. If defective, the following policy applies: Absolute Audio/Video Network Dealers offer a 2 week defective exchange. If your product becomes defective within the first 14 days, we will exchange that unit for a new unit.

In the event you should require service on your equipment within the warranty period, we will arrange a Return Shipment Label, repair and return of the item at our expense.
